Enhancing brand & user experience for one of Australia’s leading eCommerce retailers

The Request

One of Australia’s leading (and certainly coolest!) eCommerce retailers wanted their highly successful website to be refined to ensure it met ever evolving UX principles and had a visual design experience that truly spoke about their authentic, and uniquely edgy brand personality.

The Result

Driven by deep research into their brand and existing website performance, and then enhanced by strategic insights into best practice eCommerce and UX principles, we embraced the Vinomofo culture working closely with them over many months to enhance their website experience. Our aim was to ensure their new site was highly intuitive to use whilst clearly speaking powerfully about their unique, multi-award winning brand.

We doubt that Vinomofo needs much introduction to the Australian public. One of the eCommerce success stories of the last 10 years, Vinomofo has built a highly respected and much loved brand driven by offering amazing deals on great wines to a loyal clientele, affectionately known as ‘Mofos.

So what did we do?

We’ve been working with their tech, marketing and merchandising teams on new designs for their eCommerce platform – and they’re now rolling out our UX and UI design updates.

So how’s it going?

The stats for the 6 month period following the initial first phase launch were:

32% reduction in web page load times
eCommerce revenue increase of 17%
16% increase in overall transactions
34% increase in unique page views
