Visit Ballarat website wins Good Design Australia Award
'Roundup' is the collection of key stuff we've either been reading, discussing or working on during the month at Avenue.
Some projects remind you why you do what you do.
This was one of them.
🏆 Our Visit Ballarat website has been recognised with the Good Design Australia Award, the highest honour for design excellence in Australia.
Working alongside The City of Ballarat, we designed a site that brings people closer to place through web strategy, UX and UI design, and technology that quietly does its job in the background.
This project’s vision was to create a digital experience that truly captures the spirit of Ballarat and its surrounding regions. Something inclusive, engaging and effortless to use.
But the real achievement is what it represents:
